Description
Connect Care & Support are looking for a Carer/Support Worker in Cheshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special care needs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualised care plans.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- English (required)
- Driving Licence (desirable)
